Delivery by Ukrposhta:
Standard delivery to Ukrposhta branch - from 45 UAH, delivery time 5-13 days
Express delivery to Ukrposhta branch - from 65 UAH, delivery time 5-10 days
- Address delivery by Ukrposhta - from 80 UAH, delivery time 7-15 days
Delivery: Mon-Fri after 16:00. Delivery time may be increased during periods of high demand.
Delivery by Nova Poshta:
to Nova Poshta branch - from 80 UAH;
to Nova Poshta post office - from 80 UAH;
by Nova Poshta courier to the address - from 110 UAH.
Parcel inspection is allowed. Parcels are sent daily after 18:00. Delivery time: 1 business day. In some cases, delays of 2-3 days are possible.
International delivery
We deliver worldwide, except for Russia and Belarus. Shipping costs and customs duties are calculated individually for each country.
For delivery abroad, when placing an order, select the delivery method “International delivery” and fill in the required fields in Latin (English letters):
name and surname of the recipient,
country of delivery,
city,
postal code,
street, house number, apartment or building number
mobile phone number in international format starting with “+...”
e-mail for contact.
Delivery abroad by Ukrposhta:
EU: 10-14 days.
USA, Canada, Australia: 12-20 days.
Delivery abroad by Nova Poshta:
Poland, Moldova, Hungary: 4-7 days.
Germany, Great Britain: 10-14 days.
USA, Canada, Australia: 12-14 days.
Payment for delivery is made before sending the order. The post office does not allow payment for delivery upon receipt of the parcel.
Customs duty is not included in the cost of the order and delivery, it depends on the legislation of your country. If the duty is charged, you pay it separately upon receipt of the parcel. For our part, we process parcels in such a way as to avoid customs duties as much as possible.
After the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, air services are closed, so parcels from Ukraine go to 12 airports in EU countries, and then are distributed to the recipient countries.
Delivery of orders abroad is carried out by Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta.
Parcels are sent daily, except for weekends and holidays: Mon-Fri after 5:00 PM.

Delivery to Israel is currently possible only by small package up to 2 kg or EMS delivery.

Delivery of parcels abroad by Nova Poshta
By default, all orders are sent by Ukrposhta. If you want your parcel to be sent by Nova Poshta - write about it in the comments to the order.
Delivery times by Nova Poshta to:
Poland, Moldova, the Baltic countries, Hungary, Romania - 5-8 days;
Germany, Great Britain, France - 12-16 days;
USA, Canada, Australia - 12-14 days.
Today, Nova Poshta branches are very actively opening in the EU.
Delivery prices to Nova Poshta branches are cheaper than courier delivery to the address. Choose the option that is more convenient for you. Keep in mind that the prices for delivery of orders by Nova Poshta are 15-35% higher than the cost of delivery by Ukrposhta.
Please note that delivery is calculated by the weight of the parcel, taking into account packaging. Therefore, the shipping cost is calculated when the order is packed for shipment.
After shipping, we will send you the tracking number of the package for tracking.
